Peace Crochet Necklace

This is a necklace that I just made on a whim, to be honest. We had this family reunion coming up and I think the theme of that year was supposed to be "hippie" related. I was at Walmart when I saw that glass peace sign and my brain just got to work on what materials I needed to get to work on this necklace!

I think the main reason why I wanted to work on this necklace so much was to make it a prototype to the Wellwisher I made later on, because I knew I had to have gotten that idea of crocheting the cord from either this one or from the planning I did on Wellwisher. Either way, the result has given me a pretty cool necklace, that even "chimes" a bit when you walk around wearing it, because the grey beads you see are glass as well, so when they hit the glass peace sign, they make this loud glass-on-glass sound. It sounds alright, though I guess it could be annoying to some of they don't like loud sounds too much!
